Procurement & Sourcing: Manage sourcing and purchasing of materials to ensure cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.
Project & Supplier Management: Act as the main Supply Chain contact for projects, manage supplier performance, and lead risk mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Analysis: Develop and automate purchasing reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
Contracts & Negotiation: Initiate supply contracts with favorable commercial terms to enhance profitability and reduce inflation impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, production, quality, finance) to resolve issues and support project goals.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve cost, lead times, supply performance, and support KPIs.
Database & Compliance: Maintain accurate vendor and material databases; ensure adherence to purchasing policies.
5+ years' experience in project management, procurement, and strategic sourcing in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
Strong understanding of demand and supply concepts, inventory impact, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
Skilled in data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and presenting solutions.
Excellent in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing sourcing through to delivery.
Knowledge of metal commodity trends and machining/secondary processes (e.g., heat treatment, coating) is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
