Job description

Job Description:
  1. Conduct monthly material inventory review with key stakeholders.
  2. Negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers before issuing purchase orders and contracts.
  3. Coordinate with overseas and local suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
  4. Work closely with the Shipping & Warehouse Team on overseas shipment arrivals.
  5. Plan and coordinate material exports to support requests from LKF affiliates.
  6. Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritise material issuance for urgent orders.
  7. Maintain optimal stock levels with good shelf life based on safety stock data.
  8. Source and evaluate new suppliers in collaboration with the QA/R&D team.
  9. Address material quality issues and manage commercial claims with suppliers.
  10. Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  11. Align procurement requirements with internal stakeholders.
  12. Negotiate favorable commercial terms and agreements for the company.
Requirement:
  1. Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of procurement and stock management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Familiarity with ERP systems.
  4. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  5. Ability to read, write, and communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
