JobResponsibilities

  • Provide personalized,high-level support to senior stakeholders at home and office.
  • Travel frequently withor on behalf of stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Manage householdoperations, including staff supervision, vendor coordination, andmaintenance.
  • Oversee calendars,appointments, and logistics with discretion and efficiency.
  • Handle wardrobe care,packing/unpacking, and personal shopping.
  • Serve meals and managehome dining according to preferences and etiquette.
  • Plan and execute privateevents, handling all logistics from venue to guest coordination.
  • Arrange all aspects oftravel—flights, accommodations, itineraries, and transport.
  • Maintain homes (localand overseas) in top condition; manage repairs and contractors.
  • Coordinate with chefs,drivers, and security; handle emergencies and sensitive mattersconfidentially.

JobRequirements

  • Diploma holder.
  • 3 years of butler experience from hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Experience inmanage household tasks, events, and schedules with attention to detail.
  • Handle private mattersand information with care and professionalism.
  • Available to workflexible hours, travel when needed, and adapt to changing needs.
