Business Transformation Officer (2-Year Project | Nonprofit Restructuring) #HCL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall transition project, from planning to implementation.
• Work with regulators (ACRA, Registrar of Societies) to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams on documentation and restructuring.
• Define and implement new governance frameworks and policies.
• Support constitution development and asset transfer processes.
• Manage data migration, systems transition, and contract updates.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the change.
• Develop a roadmap for post-transition sustainability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, restructuring, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit governance and legal frameworks.
• Able to commit to a full-time, 2-year project role.
