A global consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to spearhead large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and extensive experience in business strategy and digital transformation. Responsibilities include driving change, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring operational excellence through innovative solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Transformation Manager to lead large-scale change initiatives, driving strategic, operational, and digital transformation programs across the organization. This role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in shaping business strategy, improving operational performance, and embedding sustainable change to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Transformation Leadership: Drive end-to-end business transformation programs, aligning with organizational strategy and long-term goals.
Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define transformation objectives, design target operating models, and develop implementation roadmaps.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives, managing stakeholders across business units, functions, and geographies to ensure adoption and sustainability.
Operational Excellence: Identify process inefficiencies and design improved workflows leveraging Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Digital & Technology Enablement: Partner with IT and digital teams to embed technology solutions (ERP, cloud, automation, analytics, etc.) into transformation programs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and reporting structures to monitor progress, track ROI, and ensure delivery of business value.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred).
Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 6–8 years in business transformation, management consulting, or program management roles.
Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs across strategy, operations, and technology.
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, transformation methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in driving digital transformation (ERP/Cloud, AI/Automation, Data & Analytics).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and financial acumen to measure business impact.
Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI, or Agile are a plus.
