We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Transformation Manager to lead large-scale change initiatives, driving strategic, operational, and digital transformation programs across the organization. This role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in shaping business strategy, improving operational performance, and embedding sustainable change to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Leadership: Drive end-to-end business transformation programs, aligning with organizational strategy and long-term goals.

  • Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define transformation objectives, design target operating models, and develop implementation roadmaps.

  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, managing stakeholders across business units, functions, and geographies to ensure adoption and sustainability.

  • Operational Excellence: Identify process inefficiencies and design improved workflows leveraging Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Digital & Technology Enablement: Partner with IT and digital teams to embed technology solutions (ERP, cloud, automation, analytics, etc.) into transformation programs.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and reporting structures to monitor progress, track ROI, and ensure delivery of business value.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred).

  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 6–8 years in business transformation, management consulting, or program management roles.

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs across strategy, operations, and technology.

  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, transformation methodologies, and best practices.

  • Experience in driving digital transformation (ERP/Cloud, AI/Automation, Data & Analytics).

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and financial acumen to measure business impact.

  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI, or Agile are a plus.
