Our team from APAC Regional Business and Global Business Solutions partners with key market players across APAC to drive user growth and marketing strategies through customized solutions, ad tech integration, and platform innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Business Training and Development for select SEA markets, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and priorities.
- Own the design, implementation, and refinement of the New Employee Onboarding Experience (NEO) for the APAC GBS team.
- Deliver onboarding programs to accelerate productivity and enable new hires to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor onboarding programs to global standards and market nuances.
- Utilize advanced facilitation skills to create engaging learning environments that foster participation and collaboration.
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify capability gaps and collaborate on impactful programs.
- Partner with the APAC Training team to embed global programs within SEA markets, ensuring relevance and consistency.
- Develop innovative curricula using emerging technologies to inspire creativity and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Manage the full program lifecycle, from needs assessment to evaluation, ensuring operational excellence.
- Implement evaluation processes to assess effectiveness and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Explore new learning approaches and technologies to keep programs engaging and impactful.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in designing impactful onboarding and business training programs that accelerate readiness and improve retention.
- Experience managing training initiatives in fast-paced digital marketing or advertising environments.
- Exceptional curriculum development and facilitation skills, with a focus on innovative, multi-modal learning.
- Experience managing regional programs across multiple markets, balancing global and local needs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver complex programs at scale.
- Data analytics experience to evaluate program success and inform improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- 5+ years in business training and development, with expertise in onboarding and sales enablement.
- Successful track record in designing revenue-driving and leadership development programs.
- Experience managing comprehensive onboarding processes from analysis to evaluation.
- Skills in creating innovative, measurable learning programs with strong facilitation capabilities.
- Ability to adapt global strategies to local market needs, especially in SEA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in using analytics to demonstrate ROI and evaluate effectiveness.
- Strong project management skills for end-to-end program delivery.
- Understanding of the digital marketing and advertising industry.
- Degree in learning and development, education, management, psychology, or related fields; coaching certification is a plus.
- Passion for creating impactful learning experiences and a willingness to travel across APAC.
