Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Software Testing, QA, Business Testing, or Test Automation in enterprise settings.
• Proven experience with Wealth Management platforms and front-to-back processes.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end business and functional testing across Wealth Management platforms.

We're Hiring: Business Testing Analyst!

We are seeking a Business Testing Analyst with strong expertise in Wealth Management platforms to support end-to-end business validation and quality assurance across enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep functional knowledge of Wealth Management processes with hands-on experience in test automation, API testing, and Agile software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end business and functional testing across Wealth Management platforms, ensuring comprehensive front-to-back validation of user journeys and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements, assess project scope, design test strategies, develop test cases, and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and project teams to validate requirements, resolve defects, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support AI-driven testing initiatives, continuous quality evaluation, API validation, and test reporting while promoting best practices throughout the SDLC.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Information Systems, ora related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SoftwareTesting, Quality Assurance, Business Testing, or Test Automation withinenterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting WealthManagement platforms, preferably across Swiss and APAC markets, with astrong understanding of front-to-back business processes and client journeys.
• Experience working within Agile softwaredevelopment environments and collaborating with cross-functional businessand technology teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of WealthManagement platforms, user journeys, investment lifecycle, andfront-to-back business processes, with experience performing businessvalidation and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium or Playwright, programming in Java or Python, SQL, API testing,and modern QA methodologies.
• Proficiency with testing and delivery toolsincluding Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Squash (or similar test management tools), andexperience supporting CI/CD-driven testing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted testing, AI-drivenrequirement validation, intelligent test design, or Agentic AI workflows.
• Knowledge of investment products, portfoliomanagement, private banking, securities, or wealth advisory operations.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB CertifiedTester, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), Professional Scrum certifications, orautomation testing certifications.
