Business Systems Operations Manager (Sales Ops)

Learn more about us at www.hycu.com.As a dynamic and strategic Business Systems Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Go-To-Market (GTM) scalability and operational excellence at HYCU. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations, you will lead efforts to align our Salesforce platform, GTM systems, and cross-functional workflows to enhance revenue growth, optimize customer engagement, and streamline execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, and Product teams.Your responsibilities will include:Salesforce Architecture & Strategy:- Enhancing operational efficiency by modernizing legacy automations to Salesforce Flows and standardizing declarative architecture.- Establishing and enforcing governance frameworks for new objects, fields, workflows, integrations, and process automations.- Designing and maintaining scalable data hierarchies across global account, contact, and ownership models.- Creating and managing account deduplication rules, lead/contact routing, case assignment, and field standardization across datasets.- Defining and executing a unified data management strategy across GTM systems and downstream applications, while ensuring data integrity through regular audits.GTM Systems Operations:- Overseeing Salesforce administration, user management, permission models, automation, layouts, dashboards, and reporting.- Managing and evolving the GTM tech stack and systems roadmap, including platforms like Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, DealHub, and Salesloft.- Leading initiatives to implement new systems, integrations, and process improvements, and driving change management and user adoption.- Operationalizing annual GTM planning initiatives such as territory design, segmentation logic, routing architecture, and quota reassignment processes.- Developing and maintaining scalable operational reports, dashboards, and business intelligence to support global revenue teams.- Identifying and automating manual workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness, and documenting best practices and process standards.Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership:- Mentoring and managing a global team of system administrators and analysts across multiple regions and time zones.- Collaborating closely with GTM, Finance, and Product leaders to ensure operational alignment with evolving business priorities.- Managing vendor and consulting relationships to support systems development, integrations, and ongoing optimization.- Ensuring compliance with data privacy/security regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, SOC, and HIPPA as they relate to systems.To be successful in this role, you should have:- A Bachelor's Degree and Salesforce Admin Certification, with additional certifications like Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, CPQ being preferred.- 7+ years of experience in leading GTM systems, Business Systems Operations, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or high-growth environments.- 3+ years of experience in managing teams of system administrators and/or business analysts.- Deep expertise in GTM tech stacks including Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and experience with DealHub is a plus.- Strong background in data governance, deduplication logic, data model architecture, and system health monitoring.- Proven track record in supporting territory planning, account segmentation, and quota operations at scale.- Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and project management, with an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.At HYCU, our Core Values - Authenticity, Grit, and Empathy - guide everything we do.
