Are you the Business Systems Manager we are looking for?

As Business Systems Manager, you are responsible for searching and selecting the best digital solutions available in the market, while accelerating time to market. The ideal candidate will be an adaptive self-starter who is passionate about helping end users. Business Systems Manager needs to have excellent relationship-building abilities, technical experience, creativity and a strong problem solving skills set.

About the role

As the Business Systems Manager, you will need to be good with people. You will be supporting stakeholders and vendors for enterprise related affairs and business functions for the selection and implementation phases. You will also be the one facilitating co-ordinations between cooperators of the business and external solution experts. This means that you will be a big part of the business as you will be integrated to many projects and events.

Job Responsibilities

Supporting the company with expertise in enterprise digital solutions (e.g. ERP, QMS, MES and manufacturing digital solutions)

Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on enterprise related solutions for automation and industry 4.0 transformation.

Support, monitoring and maintaining office network systems and infrastructure (Servers, DB, MS365, TrendMicro, Firewall, Routers etc)

Supporting business functions during selection and implementation phases (workshops and customizing)

Providing expertise for incident investigation & resolution

Performing an integration role and ensure consistency between business products,

Coordinating activities of external solution experts in your area,

Facilitating co-innovation with the ERP, QMS, MES and digital solution providers,

Identifying latest ERP, MES and manufacturing digitation solutions with the business functions for innovation acceleration

• Contributing to ERP strategy to promote the business product vision and address business challenges while ensuring the companys End-2-End process vision.
