This position will reside in the company’s Singapore office and report to the Finance Technology Manager. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a deep understanding of systems and processes in the payroll space. An ability to think critically and outside the box is a must. Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, implement, and support functionalities within Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Work with cross-functional teams within Netflix including Global Payroll, Employee Services, People Tech, Accounting, Benefits, and Stock Administration.
• Configure systems and business processes, and build reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Design and support inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday ERP and other internal/external systems.
  
  

Desired Qualifications/Skills

• Deep experience working with payroll systems, with functional knowledge of global payroll domains and processes.
• In-depth enterprise software experience in ERP systems like Workday/Oracle/SAP/NetSuite. Having Workday experience will be a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA, and familiarity with the SOX process.
• Experience working with 3rd party payroll integrations
• Ability to work well with business users in solutions design, development, and quality assurance.
• Established verbal and written communication skills.
