Job description

We are looking for a subject matter expert in fulfillment supply chain from manufacturing and distribution center sites, with exceptional project management skills, a good grasp of process management, a drive for attention to detail, and a demonstrated track record to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Details

• Leverage industry trends, standard methodologies, innovative technology, and process improvement ideas.
• Lead and implement cross-functional change management initiatives across all Apple's product lines, influencing decisions through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.
• Devise and implement solutions in partnership with cross-functional business users (e.g., Finance, Sales), Freight Forwarders, 3PL Warehouse, Apple OEMs, IS&T business, and system solutions that meet changing business conditions.
• Project manage cross-functional re-engineering implementations.
• Work towards effective change management when necessary.
• Ensure process integration across the organization, both regionally and globally.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of IT capabilities and work closely with IS&T.
• Collaborate with the business (cross-functionally and cross-regionally) to document and gain final approval for Business Requirements.
• With the Business Process Owner, enhance Business Processes to meet requirements.
• Articulate Business Requirements to IS&T Consultants and assist in formulating prototypes or proofs of concept.
• Work with IS&T Consultants to design final solutions that meet requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and the implementation of business and system changes across Apple Pacific.
• Validate that the return on investment was achieved post-implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience in project and process management, with a minimum of 6 to 8 years relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects and executing tactical project activities.
• SAP system and process knowledge.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization.

• Good process re-engineering skills.
• Excellent operational issue resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
• Good teamwork attitude.
• Ability to work with ambiguity.
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Experience working on projects with virtual teams outside Singapore.
