A leading company in digital transformation solutions is seeking a Business Analyst/System Analyst to enhance banking operations. This role requires analyzing systems related to FX and Money Market, and collaborating with stakeholders across the APAC region. Candidates should possess a degree in IT or Computer Science, along with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis and system design. Fluency in Japanese is a must to work with local clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing business operations and systems within the banking sector, focusing on areas such as FX, Money Market (MM), Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, and FAST.
The scope of systems includes core banking, back-office, information systems, front-office, and regulatory reporting systems, covering the entire spectrum of banking operations.
As a Business Analyst, accurately capture business requirements, and as a System Analyst, you will assess technical feasibility and design solutions from both perspectives.
Coordinate with system stakeholders in Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions.
To create detailed diagrams and documents to communicate business requirements and changes to system stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.
Manage time, communication, risks, and tasks within your area of responsibility
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives
