Position Summary:

As a Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements and evaluating implementation feasibility. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop technical solutions, support system enhancements, and ensure business needs are met efficiently.

Business & Technical Analysis:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Assess feasibility, ringfence/manage project scope with Project Directors/Managers, and ensure successful system implementation.
• Participate in gap analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to resolve potential project issues.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and sales team to ensure new/renewal opportunities are managed.
• Develop, steer and manage new business opportunity pipeline with other stakeholders.
• Identify and engage with potential partners, relevant authorities, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities.
• Monitor competition by gathering market intelligence and trends, and recommending changes in positioning, services, and pricing strategies.
• Work cross-organizationally and coordinate among commercial, operations and support functions to drive successful service delivery, solutions and outcomes for customers.

System Development & Implementation:

• Participate in system design reviews.
• Prepare tender hardware, software, and documentation as needed.

Post-project Award Support:

• Escalate and discuss critical issues, such as scope creep, with relevant managers.
• Monitor project progress, provide updates, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Work on add-on opportunities together with pre-sales and sales teams, supporting Day 1 and Day 2 projects.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's/Master Degree Holder preferred in IT/Computer Science.
• ITIL and/or PMP or any Project Management certification.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology is an advantage.
• Technical hands-on experience working with enterprise systems and applications.
• Technical knowledge in System/Storage/Cloud/Databases/Network/Security products would be preferred.
• Familiarity with Project Financials and Project Management tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Experience in project management and vendor management would be advantageous for this role.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
