About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team at Advisors Alliance Group, AIA FA. This full-time role, based in Raffles Place, will provide essential administrative and operational support to our team.

What you'll be doing

Customer Relation Management:

  • Provide client support such as coordinating services including Estate Planning, Mortgage services, and Private Wealth Office facilities and post-sales services.

Team Management:

  • Coordinating team-related activities.
  • Supporting team logistics and ensuring smooth operations.

Project Management:

  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assisting with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

What we're looking for

  • Preferably 3-5 years' experience as a Business Support Specialist, ideally in a professional services or financial services environment. No experience is welcomed as well.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Highly discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information with utmost care.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support.
