Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm

Salary:

Up to $2,800 per month

Duration:

6 months contract, extendable

Job Description:
  1. Perform record creation and system updating in the Bank’s operating systems relating to Secured Loans.
  2. Process documentation check, loan disbursement, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans.
  3. Prepare instructions, payment advices & notification letters to customers/law firms.
  4. Perform imaging, indexing, and filing of collateral documents.
  5. Perform reconciliation of General Ledger accounts, transactions & documents.
  6. Review & update system reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  7. Handle filing of source reports & media and arrange for archival.
  8. Handle customer/lawyer inquiries.
  9. Ensure all requests are processed within the specified service standards, timely and accurately.
  10. Manage ad-hoc projects assigned by the Team Manager.
  11. Escalate any discrepancies or deviations to the Team Manager.
  12. Assist the Team Manager by providing ideas/initiatives to improve workflow and identify operational risks, implementing measures to address/mitigate risks.
  13. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in relevant studies.
  2. You must be a team player and an effective negotiator with good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. High attention to detail, meticulous, and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
  5. Singaporeans only.
