Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Undertaking preparatory work in new funds establishment, processing subscriptions & redemptions; providing ongoing support in monitoring client portfolios; coordinating investment analysis and reports; managing bank and brokerage accounts, including annual reviews, opening, and closing of accounts; managing governance matters such as document notarization, maintaining records of authorised signatories, preparing materials for board meetings, and recording minutes.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Managing new client onboarding, performing KYC/due diligence compliance checks, and AML screening; supporting business development; responding to clients’ enquiries.
Partner Liaising:
  • Liaising with partners and counterparties such as auditors, private banks, securities firms, investment banks, custodian banks, fund administrators, legal firms, accounting firms, and trustees for regulatory reviews and client service matters.
Transaction Support:
  • Executing transactions, settlement, reconciliation, and managing corporate actions; monitoring trade instructions and portfolio guidelines.
Office Management:
  • General office administration and management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the administration of corporate and compliance matters.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Client Servicing, Operations, and/or Sales Support within Financial Institutions; relevant experience in Compliance and Internal Audit is a bonus.
  • Meticulous, accurate, with strong attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands, handle with tact and discretion.
  • Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and support others.
