A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support professional to enhance their sales administration, trade compliance, and corporate communication efforts. The successful candidate will support the sales team, maintain customer relationship records, and ensure adherence to trade compliance standards while engaging in corporate communications.
A role that supports various business functions, including trade compliance, corporate communication, and sales administration.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Support the sales team by managing reports, statistics and analyses as required.
Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports; review / follow up of Salesforce applications (i.e. probabilities, opportunities stages, estimated close dates, etc.)
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and budget exercises.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a high level of client satisfaction.
Trade Compliance Support
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of trade compliance documentation.
Stay updated on trade compliance matters in coordination with the Corporate Compliance team.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to Group policies.
Support the review of documentation and participate in audits, internal control processes and regulatory reporting.
Corporate Communication
Coordinate internal communications and draft company announcements, newsletters, and updates.
Support external communication, including participating in trade shows and development of marketing materials and client-facing documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Assist in organizing corporate events and preparing presentation materials forleadership.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across teams.
Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
