Purpose of the Role:
We seek a detail-oriented professional to support our commercial operations, focusing on tenders, bids, proposal, strategic coordination, and pricing analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
Expectations of the Role:
Manage end-to-end tender and proposal processes, including RFI/RFP/RPQ submissions.
Analyze client needs and market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Logistics) to align proposals with business goals.
Maintain a centralized database of proposals, tracking outcomes for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with guidelines and deadlines for submissions.
Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership on performance metrics.
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
Diploma/Degree in any business/science discipline
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
Exposure to sales operations, procurement, pricing analysis, or client services
Good experience in document controlling, coordination and transactional operations
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (expert or near expert level in MS Word styles, formatting, and template development)
Advantage to Have:
Exposure in the space of procurement, operations, coordination, logistics
Can be detail oriented, multi-task, work under tight deadlines
Willing to grow, learn and excel within a specialized function
