A leading company in aerospace services is seeking a multifaceted position supporting trade compliance, corporate communication, and sales administration. The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications and possess excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
This role is a multifaceted position that supports various business functions, including trade compliance, corporate communication, and sales administration. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while working collaboratively across departments.
Job Responsibilities
1. Trade Compliance Support (20%)
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of trade compliance documentation.
Stay updated on trade compliance matters in coordination with the Corporate Compliance team.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to Group policies.
Support the review of documentation and participate in audits, internal control processes and regulatory reporting.
2. Corporate Communication (20%)
Coordinate internal communications and draft company announcements, newsletters, and updates.
Support external communication, including participating in trade shows and development of marketing materials and client-facing documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Assist in organizing corporate events and preparing presentation materials forleadership.
3. Sales Administration (60%)
Support the sales team by managing reports, statistics and analyses as required.
Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports; review / follow up of Salesforce applications (i.e. probabilities, opportunities stages, estimated close dates, etc.)
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and budget exercises.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a high level of client satisfaction.
4. Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across teams.
Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in trade compliance or familiarity with regulatory documentation is a plus.
