Job description

Digital Investment Platform Management:

  • Process investor withdrawal requests.
  • Attend to investor inquiries via email and phone regarding investments and other related matters.
  • Report and resolve technical issues with the platform in collaboration with the IT team.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
  • Liaise with outsourced compliance consultants to ensure legal compliance with government regulations.
  • Liaise with the corporate secretarial firm on all company secretarial-related matters.
  • Maintain company records on directorship, shareholding, and company secretary details.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in various administrative tasks, including filing corporate documents/letters and submitting documents to relevant external parties.
  • Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and be meticulous and resourceful.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
  • Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Finance are preferred.
