Job Description

  • Support business-as-usual (BAU) bids and fee extension processes.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and related documentation.
  • Convert and update CVs in the company database.
  • Maintain and update project case studies in the internal database.
  • Track completed and ongoing projects using internal trackers.
  • Handle vendor registrations and client code setups.
  • Manage databases for new client registrations and credit note requests.
  • Coordinate contract signing and finalization.
  • Maintain confidentiality agreements and proposal registers.
  • Manage business and company registrations/renewals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years experience within business support for professional services or similar industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience with proposal coordination and document control.
  • Familiarity with client/vendor registration processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
