Job Description:
Coordinate customer site visits and high-level corporate meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, procurement) for proposal and tender submissions.
Prepare high-quality business presentations and proposal decks.
Lead RFQ and RFP documentation and ensure timely, accurate submission.
Conduct industry and trend analysis and consolidate insights from global sales teams.
Present value propositions tailored to customer segments.
Competencies:
Ariba and Enterprise System: RFP/RFQ submissions
Customise Business Solution presentations (PowerPoint and Video)
Accuracy and completeness case study and solution representation
Frequency and impact of trend reports
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
Minimally 2-4 years of business development or presales support experience.
Proficient in presentation software and graphic/video editing tools (Adobe Suites or premier pro or Capcut).
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, resourceful and work well independently.
