A leading global financial services firm in Singapore seeks a Wealth Control Analyst to manage investment and insurance sales conduct. The role involves conducting Mystery Shopping, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, significant experience in analysis and project management, and strong communication skills. The Wealth Control Analyst is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. The Wealth Control team fosters a culture of control and customer centricity and accountability by leading efforts to identify, anticipate and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the business in the investment and insurance sales conduct monitoring and oversight through the conduct of Mystery Shopping and Customer Survey exercises.
You will also support the Wealth Control team in various other activities e.g. records management, audit support and coordination.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in conduct of Mystery Shopping and Customer Survey, analysing results, determining whether results are satisfactory, performing follow ups where necessary, prepare and present results and findings at appropriate forums.
As a First Line of Defense, you will need to build trusted relationships with Business Leaders, Process Owners, control colleagues as well as Second and Third Line partners.
This role is part of the Singapore Wealth Controls team and reports to Asia South Wealth Controls Head.
