Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN PTE. LTD. partners with a leading banking client to secure a Business Resilience AVP/VP. The role focuses on strengthening the organisation's resilience framework across business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management and third-party resilience.

You will work with stakeholders across the business to enhance resilience capabilities and meet regulatory requirements, reporting governance updates and driving enterprise-wide resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in BCM, operational resilience or related risk areas.
• Solid knowledge of BCM frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of the resilience framework across the organisation.
• Conduct business impact assessments, dependency mapping and resilience reviews of critical services.
• Coordinate business continuity planning, resilience testing and crisis management exercises.
• Support operational resilience, OCIR and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk and other business functions to strengthen resilience capabilities.
• Prepare governance reporting and resilience-related documentation.

The Role

We are partnering with a leading banking client who is seeking a Business Resilience AVP/VP to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a resilience professional to support and enhance the organisation's resilience framework across business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management and third-party resilience. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to strengthen resilience capabilities and support regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the organisation's business resilience framework
• Conduct business impact assessments, dependency mapping and resilience reviews across critical services
• Coordinate business continuity planning, resilience testing and crisis management exercises
• Support operational resilience, OCIR and regulatory reporting requirements
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk and other business functions to strengthen resilience capabilities
• Prepare governance reporting, management updates and resilience-related documentation

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Technology Resilience or Operational Risk, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of business continuity planning, resilience testing and crisis management frameworks
• Strong knowledge of MAS BCM Guidelines, Operational Resilience and Technology Risk Management requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
