Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Business Project Manager to spearhead critical cross-functional projects that significantly contribute to our revenue and business growth. This role provides exceptional visibility across our Singapore commercial organization and offers an opportunity to shape key strategic outcomes.

• Lead and complete high-priority business transformation projects across various functions, using clear critical metrics.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables while monitoring project metrics throughout execution.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Analytics teams.
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and obstacles.
• Prepare and present detailed project status updates to senior leadership.
• Drive measurable business outcomes with direct revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business project management, ideally with a background in Big 4 or similar professional services.
• Proficient in managing collaboration and influence.
• Excellence in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in developing and tracking critical metrics for business.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to understand and align with business priorities.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on execution.
