Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical professional to report to the Chief Technical Officer. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives across the Asia region, including cross-functional transformation and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Strategic Project Execution

  • Lead and support high-impact initiatives across reinsurance, transformation, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

(2) Analytical & Decision Support

  • Perform financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for internal and regional stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and performance metrics to guide ongoing initiatives.
  • Support governance frameworks to ensure project oversight, compliance, and accountability.
  • Monitor and track KPIs to ensure alignment with regional and group-level objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of5 years of relevant experiencein management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes
  • Experience in reinsurance, mergers and acquisitions, orinsurance operations will be highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability tolead and manage complex projects within the insurance, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
