Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and timeline requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
    Identify skill gaps, assign roles, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
    Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and capture lessons learned.
  • Process Improvement:
    Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
Key Requirements
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a business or IT domain.
  • Certifications:
    PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
    Agile/Scrum certification is desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
    Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills.
