This is an upcoming (Artists Management) collaboration project with Blophers Music to scout, train and drive a new generation of young talented energetic dancers. The selected talents will be exclusively signed by Blophers Music to form various professional dance pop groups.

Requirements:

• Strong connections with dance studios for talent auditions, training, and rehearsals.
• Minimum 3 years experience in training and coaching of creative performing dancers.
• Minimum 2 years experience in group choreography.
• Minimum 1 year experience in designing dance moves.
Experience in dance-influenced social media marketing will be an added advantage
