This is a 10-months contract.

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support regional planning, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This role ensures business rhythm, operational reporting, and administrative support across the region, with a strong focus on financial governance and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance review processes covering budget tracking, ROI, and key metrics.
  • Support regional stakeholders in capacity planning and business planning activities.
  • Lead financial operations including budget planning, forecasting, and reporting, leveraging Excel and dashboards for insights.
  • Maintain headcount data, coordinate workspace allocation, and oversee onboarding for new employees and vendors.
  • Drive the rhythm of business through regular meetings, stakeholder calls, and business reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver business reports and presentation materials.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather data, align reporting requirements, and support performance evaluation.
  • Organize team events, travel logistics, and procure office supplies while managing budgets.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in business management, program coordination, and stakeholder accountability.
  • Strong financial background with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for data reporting; ability to interpret complex datasets and spot trends.
  • Proven experience collaborating across Asia-Pacific regions.
  • Skilled in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
