What You’ll Be Doing

Your Core Responsibilities:

1. Observe how work is carried out across departments – from operations to office
2. Document key processes clearly and consistently
3. Work with different teams to review, streamline, and improve workflows
4. Update existing SOPs as changes are made
5. Support the creation of new SOPs as we grow, introduce new roles, or adopt new systems
6. Ensure all SOPs are accessible and understood by the people who use them
7. You will work closely with the Director

Beyond the Job Scope:

1. Build trust with team members across all levels and nationalities
2. Help different departments understand the value of clear and effective processes
3. Assist in aligning processes with our digital transformation journey
4. Contribute to building a library of practical, up-to-date documentation that supports training, onboarding, and daily execution

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong attention to detail and clarity in writing
2. Good observation and listening skills
3. Able to communicate well with both frontline teams and office staff
4. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
5. Experience in process documentation, workflow mapping, or SOP writing is an advantage
6. Familiarity with digital tools like Google Docs, Word, Excel; process mapping tools a plus
7. A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
