Job summary

Sleek in Singapore is seeking a final-year student or recent graduate for a 6-month, full-time internship to prototype automations using AI tools and analyze operational data to improve customer experience across SG, HK, AU and UK.

You will help streamline SOPs, train teams, and organize datasets for dashboard-ready insights, contributing to cross-market improvements and change management.

Mission of the role

Help the Global COO office's BPM team make Sleek's operations faster and more reliable by using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Replit) to prototype automations, streamline SOPs and turn customer/operational data into systemic fixes that lift customer experience across SG, HK, AU and UK.

Key outcomes in the first 6-12 months

• Ship 2-3 AI-built prototypes or automations (e.g. via Claude/Replit) that remove repetitive manual work for Ops/CX teams, with time saved measured.
• Refresh or create SOPs and knowledge-base articles for priority processes, AI-augmented and adopted by the relevant teams.
• Support Continuous Improvement & Audit: analyse bad CSATs and escalations each week and propose root-cause, systemic fixes.
• Clean and organise key operational datasets (e.g. Zendesk/CSAT) so they are reliable and dashboard-ready. Outcome 5: Own one cross-functional project end-to-end, including training materials and change management across at least two markets.

Must-have experience

• Final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor's degree and above).
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), with at least one example of something built, automated or analysed with them.
• Comfortable with data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship (40 hours/week).

The interview process

TA Screen/One way video interview: Initial screening conducted by TA or a one way video interview to review background and key requirements.

Technical Interview: A ~45 minute interview conducted by the Hiring Manager

Soft Skills interview: A ~15 - 30 minute conducted by a member of the Leadership Team

Reference Verification: Prior to final offer confirmation, we will conduct one professional reference check with your recent direct manager or supervisor. To keep the process moving smoothly, this step may be initiated during the final interview stages.
