Job summary

Sleek is seeking a final-year student or recent graduate for a 6-month internship to boost operations with AI tools. The role focuses on prototyping automations, streamlining SOPs, and turning customer and operational data into actionable fixes.

You'll work with our Global COO office BPM team across SG, HK, AU and UK, delivering 2–3 AI-driven prototypes and building scalable processes while learning from leaders in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) with a demonstrable project.
• Comfortable with data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must commit to a full-time, 6-month internship (40 hours/week).
• Nice to have: Replit / low-code / no-code, basic Python or SQL, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Prototype automations using AI tools to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Refresh or create SOPs and knowledge-base articles.
• Analyze CSAT data to propose root-cause, systemic fixes.
• Organise key operational datasets so they are reliable and dashboard-ready.
