The ideal candidate will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes, using methodologies like Lean and Agile. We are seeking a results-driven Business Process Improvement Manager to lead initiatives aimed at optimising business processes across our IT-driven manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across departments. The ideal candidate will blend strong process improvement expertise with a solid understanding of IT systems and manufacturing workflows.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and improve core operational and IT-related business processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Agile.
Work closely with IT, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure process enhancements are aligned with strategic goals.
Map and analyse existing workflows; identify bottlenecks and recommend process redesigns or automation.
Measure process efficiency and effectiveness; establish baseline metrics and track improvements.
Utilise tools such as ERP like Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft SharePoint to support data-driven decision-making.
Support digital transformation efforts by aligning business processes with new technologies and system capabilities.
Provide coaching and training to staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership highlighting improvement results and ROI.
Act as the project coordinator/manager between Data Ops user and IT Infrastructure team to perform Technical Refresh proposal for customers.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in process improvement within a manufacturing and/or IT-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of production systems especially in Digital Printing and Security Printing environment (would be a definite plus) and IT integration principles.
Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, data analytics, automation).
Familiar with Agile project methodologies and ITIL framework.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
