Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing the entire spectrum of branding and marketing functions, working closely with the CEO to develop strategies that support the Board's overall strategic aims and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in opening and closing of stores/restaurants, liaising with contractors and vendors
  • Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and administration
  • Plan and coordinate monthly promotions for each brand
  • Collaborate with the design team on restaurant, menu, and promotional materials
  • Work with R&D on new product development ideas
  • Coordinate with operations and outlets for promotional activities
  • Review sales, product mix, expenditure, and profitability periodically; develop recommendations for management
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
  • Manage Instagram accounts for all brands, focusing on marketing, promotions, and new product launches
  • Monitor market and customer insights; assess promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Review and update marketing plans based on market, consumer, competitor, and product developments
  • Coordinate renovation work with contractors and landlords, including quotations, invoices, work schedules, and site inspections

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Branding and Marketing with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint; Adobe skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across all levels
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Willing to travel frequently to different outlets for quality checks
