• Location: City Hall (Nearest MRT Station)

• AWS + VB

• Reports to Business Planning Manager

Job Description:

Business Planning Support (60%)

• Assist in collecting and consolidating sales, inventory, and forecast data

• Help prepare planning reports, dashboards, and presentations

• Track key planning timelines and action items

• Support analysis of demand trends and stock availability

Logistics Support (20%)

• Coordinate basic logistics tasks including shipment tracking and documentation

• Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers for delivery updates

• Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records

Cross-Functional Support (20% sales)

• Support the sales team in processing orders, updating order status, and customer data maintenance

• Assist with invoice tracking, vendor document preparation, and simple reconciliation tasks

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data consistency and smooth workflows

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

• With at least 1 year of relevant experience in planning, logistics coordination, or operations support/ sales support

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas); ERP (Oracle) experience is a plus

• Comfortable to handle data or numbers

• Strong willingness to learn and grow with the Company
