A leading advertising firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Partner Support Executive to manage strategic partnerships and facilitate advertisement campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business or Marketing and at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, with strong administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, preparing monthly sales reports, and supporting new business pitches.

Job description

We are looking to hire a Business Partner Support Executive to support in the servicing of strategic landlord partners which are leading firms in their respective industries, to offer a range of quality OOH media sites at busy locations across Singapore, as well as in the pitching of new business.

Job Scope:

  • Facilitate advertisement campaign approvals by liaising with internal and external parties such as sales and campaign management teams as well as landlords and government agencies
  • Apply government licensing for advertising sites and campaigns
  • Compile and prepare sales reports (MS Excel & Power BI) to landlords each month
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with all stakeholders including landlord partners to ensure smooth campaign implementations. May be required to attend night installations on some occasions
  • Prepare business update presentations using MS Powerpoint, Minutes of meetings and any other tasks as assigned
  • Support in the pitching of new business projects as required

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Business or Marketing with min. 2 years’ working experience
  • Strong Administrative, Communication and Stakeholder Management capabilities
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Responsible, Proactive and Collaborative attitude
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
  • Advertising & Building Marketing industry experience will be an advantage
