Position: Business Partner - Finance & AccountingLocation: Remote (Work from Home)Employment Type: Performance based (during probation period)Role OverviewAtoZ VirtuaL is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Business Partner - Finance & Accounting to lead and oversee all financial operations, accounting functions, and compliance activities. This role includes managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, assisting in fundraising, and maintaining effective cash flow for seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of financial institutions and investors, along with prior experience in fundraising to secure steady operational expenses and support business growth.This position operates on a performance-based model during the probation period, transitioning to a fixed salary based on demonstrated outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting Operations: Oversee and manage all finance and accounting processes, including bookkeeping and compliance with local and international financial regulations. Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of financial records for auditing and future references. Create and implement a structured workflow for financial operations across all AtoZ VirtuaL verticals. Generate and manage proforma invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation with precision.Fundraising and Investor Relations: Assist in fundraising activities by connecting with investors, financial institutions, and exploring suitable financial schemes. Maintain a strong network of investors and lending options to ensure a steady cash flow and support operational expenses. Prepare comprehensive financial and accounting records to showcase to investors and stakeholders during fundraising initiatives. Develop strategies to attract investments and ensure the financial sustainability of the company.Cash Flow and Budget Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations. Plan and manage budgets for all business verticals, aligning financial strategies with organizational goals.Client and Stakeholder Management: Address client-specific finance and accounting requirements, delivering accurate and tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth financial transactions and effective communication.Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to all statutory financial regulations and maintain confidentiality of all financial data. Safeguard against data leaks and unauthorized access to financial records.Team Management and Development: Hire, train, and guide junior team members to build a high-performing finance and accounting team. Motivate and support the team to enhance productivity and maintain seamless workflows.Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.Additional Responsibilities: Ensure all finance and accounting client requirements are met with zero errors. Establish processes for effective project planning and execution in finance-related areas. Undertake any additional duties as necessary to maintain and enhance finance and accounting operations.Requirements: Proven experience in finance, accounting, and compliance management, with a focus on fundraising and investor relations. Strong network of financial institutions, investors, and access to lending options. Expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and reconciliation. Thorough knowledge of statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, PT, and corporate filings. Familiarity with financial software tools and platforms. Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Ability to manage and train a team to ensure operational excellence.Preferred Skills: Experience in securing funding and building relationships with investors and financial stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
