Job description

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join their marketing department as a Business Operations Support specialist. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in dynamic environments, bringing strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to support both internal teams and external partners.

Salary: $4000- $4200

Duration: 12-Months contract

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication:Facilitate communication within the marketing team and with external partners, vendors, and clients.

  • Content Management:Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and newsletters.

  • Event Support:Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities.

  • Budget Tracking:Monitor and track marketing budgets, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits.

  • Data Management:Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

  • Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Like Budget planning

  • Project Coordination:Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects.

  • Reporting:Prepare and distribute marketing reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign results.
