Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Development & Operations Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multifaceted environment and is eager to apply a diverse skill set across various business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage hair and urine drug testing services, including the recruitment and supervision of freelance personnel to conduct drug testing operations overseas.
  • Oversee the calibration and maintenance of alcohol testing equipment.
  • Perform drug testing sessions in accordance with established protocols.
  • Manage product listings and sales operations on platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client enquiries through email, telephone, and walk-in visits, providing accurate information and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Tackle diverse operational tasks as they arise, playing a vital role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
