A private company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator responsible for supply chain operations, project tracking, and departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration or a related field and demonstrated experience in an operational role.
Responsibilities:
To verify the receipt of goods, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies.
To schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare detailed meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
To monitor and track project timelines, highlighting any risks or delays, and support effective cross-functional collaboration.
To coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehousing, local distribution, and customs clearance.
To collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of operational processes.
To maintain accurate records and documentations.
To prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations; support scheduling and internal communications as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics Operations or a related business field.
Proven experience in operations planning, coordination, and reporting within a corporate environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
