Responsibilities:

  • To verify the receipt of goods, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies.

  • To schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare detailed meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

  • To monitor and track project timelines, highlighting any risks or delays, and support effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • To coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehousing, local distribution, and customs clearance.

  • To collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of operational processes.

  • To maintain accurate records and documentations.

  • To prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations; support scheduling and internal communications as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics Operations or a related business field.

  • Proven experience in operations planning, coordination, and reporting within a corporate environment.
