Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in business operations, GTM strategy, consulting, or strategic program management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or tech.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market models, product commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record in driving operational improvements and implementing scalable processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or regional expansions.
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align priorities and remove blockers.
  • Design and improve operational workflows, KPIs, and processes to enhance GTM efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct market research, performance analysis, and post-launch assessments to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Track project deliverables and milestones, manage dashboards, and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.
  • Drive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of risk or inefficiency and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or regional expansions
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align priorities and remove blockers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • At least 8 years of experience in business operations, GTM strategy, consulting, or strategic program management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or tech
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market models, product commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven track record in driving operational improvements and implementing scalable processes
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau or Looker)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for execution and continuous learning
