We’re looking for a Business & Operations Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting business development, and helping us create an outstanding customer and team experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily café operations to maintain high service standards
  • Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and procurement
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll support, and HR administration
  • Track expenses and support the management team in budgeting and cost control

Business Support

  • Work closely with management to execute business strategies and campaigns
  • Generate reports and provide insights on sales, footfall, and customer trends
  • Support event planning, brand collaborations, and seasonal promotions

Marketing & Engagement

  • Coordinate social media content, marketing activities, and community events
  • Help grow brand visibility and engagement, especially within the pet-loving community
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, or operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
