About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, organised, and solutions-driven Business Operations Executive to support the day-to-day activities of our Founder and senior leadership team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role spanning operations, finance, admin, HR, and investor support across our growing portfolio in hospitality, healthcare, real estate, and technology.

What You’ll Do
Operational & Admin Support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, documentation, and filing across business units
  • Coordinate task progress, SOP drafting, scheduling, and internal communications
  • Prepare materials for team check-ins and project reviews
Business Support
  • Track and follow up on leasing agreements, licensing, contracts, and government filings
  • Support procurement, compliance paperwork, and performance tracking
  • Liaise with consultants, vendors, and advisors
Special Projects
  • Assist in managing hotel and clinic pre-opening deliverables, marketing reviews, and internal audits
  • Coordinate with tech product teams for AI or platform-based initiatives
  • Support ad-hoc projects from ideation to execution

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, or Admin-related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or founder support roles
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Xero, Excel, Canva, Trello/Notion
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and move independently with minimal guidance
  • Curious, trustworthy, solutions-oriented, and respectful of confidentiality
  • Prior exposure to hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or early-stage startups is a bonus
