As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Community & Social Engagement Executive to lead our brand presence, foster engagement, and build a thriving user community.

Job Responsibilities:

OKR Management & Coaching:

  1. Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s OKR framework, ensuring alignment at the organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
  2. Support training and coaching efforts for teams on writing effective OKRs and tracking progress against key results.
  3. Help coordinate quarterly OKR planning cycles, ensuring that all teams set ambitious, measurable objectives and are accountable for their key results.
  4. Contribute to the review and assessment of progress towards OKRs, providing insights and recommendations for successful outcomes.

SOP Management & Optimization:

  1. Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
  2. Conduct regular checks on existing SOPs to ensure they are up-to-date, effective, and adhered to by all departments.
  3. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support efforts to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify gaps in current SOPs and suggest improvements that support business growth and scalability.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:

  1. Help facilitate and organize regular cross-functional meetings, ensuring they are efficient, focused, and aligned with OKR and SOP goals.
  2. Assist in tracking action items from meetings and following up on deliverables to ensure accountability.
  3. Work with department heads to support alignment of OKRs and SOPs across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Process Optimization & Efficiency:

  1. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, assisting in identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  2. Analyze business workflows and operational performance, using data and insights to suggest process enhancements.
  3. Promote a culture of operational excellence by researching best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve overall company efficiency.

Platform Management:

  1. Assist in managing and maintaining operational platforms and tools used across the organization.
  2. Ensure that all platforms are updated, fully functional, and integrated seamlessly into business processes.
  3. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot platform-related issues and implement solutions promptly.
  4. Provide insights and suggestions for platform upgrades or new tools that can improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  5. Assist in defining and driving operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring that company goals are met effectively and efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with business strategy and support the company’s ability to scale as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer or Sales support, Business Operation and Finance role, preferably in IT Infrastructure environment.
  3. Understand full spectrum of Sales Management (which includes management of contracts, monitor and support projects).
  4. Possess intermediate level of technical, financial and analytical skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Advance level).
  6. Strong motivated team-player.
  7. Able to work under stress and deliver within tight deadlines.
  8. Ability to extract and translate data into concise and meaningful information for Senior Management.
  9. Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervision.
