Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, and the ability to coordinate business operations on the ground. Experience in digital project management is essential, as the role involves assisting with new system upgrades and enhancements. Strong numerical abilities and advanced MS Office skills are also required.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of digital projects for the business user end.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
  3. Perform User Acceptance Testing and Quality assurance for new features on digital channels.
  4. Provide support and assist Manager with project documentation, planning, requirement gathering, test scripting, project timeline tracking, etc.
  5. Support the management team with various administrative and reporting tasks.
  6. Assist the other business functions (i.e. sales, customer service and business reporting) backend operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
What You’ll Need:
  • Degree holder with min. 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital project management, User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance for systems implementation.
  • Strong numerical abilities and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Power BI).
  • Some experience in business operations.
