PURPOSE:

To drive/assist in Planning and Analysis, reviewing, monitoring, reporting on the results versus targets and outlook of various Operations in Business Solution – Services Business and in the various FB Operating Companies in the Asia Pacific Region to realize on-target and high-growth financial results / performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

For Regional Office

Follow diligently the Planning and Performance Review/Management framework/process for FBAP regional HQ Operations units and implement changes as necessary to ensure business growth in accordance with the overall company direction.

Assist and support the requirements of the various Offerings in BS-Solutions from a Financial and Operational viewpoint.

For OpCos (Operating Companies)

Follow a Performance Review/Management framework/process for all OpCos and oversee the implementation of new processes. Act as the single point of contact for Services related matters, while facilitating OpCo Performance, sharing best practices with OpCos.

For Regional Office and OpCos

  1. Design and set up dashboards, reporting templates, process and schedule.
  2. Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecast of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
  3. Assist to conceptualize and design metrics/mechanisms to track the performance through weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews, or, as required & report back to FBAP regional HQ based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators.
  4. Conduct analysis of the results to identify challenges and give early warnings to the Management team on key business issues and to recommend and develop the necessary corrective actions.
  5. Support in development of operations strategy for Business Solutions Services business in Regional HQ and OpCos; work closely with Regional Offering Group on launch of new Offerings, reporting thereon.
  6. Follow up with the individual Regional Units and OpCos to determine the effectiveness of the action plans and review periodically.
  7. Constantly engage the various teams in OpCos on challenges identified and business performance.
  8. Consolidate feedback and share Best Practices from OpCos across the region.

What we are looking for:

  1. Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in Strategy, Planning, Finance, or related functional area.
  2. University degree in Finance or Business Management, Statistics.
  3. Very Strong Excel skills and conversant with other tools like Power BI.
  4. Must be well-versed in developing and interpreting analytical reports used to measure change.
  5. Possess experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management best practices.
  6. Good influencing skills, able to establish mutual trust and build up strong credibility within organization.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style and be able to blend seamlessly into FBAP culture and work cohesively with stakeholders.
