PURPOSE:
To drive/assist in Planning and Analysis, reviewing, monitoring, reporting on the results versus targets and outlook of various Operations in Business Solution – Services Business and in the various FB Operating Companies in the Asia Pacific Region to realize on-target and high-growth financial results / performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
For Regional Office
Follow diligently the Planning and Performance Review/Management framework/process for FBAP regional HQ Operations units and implement changes as necessary to ensure business growth in accordance with the overall company direction.
Assist and support the requirements of the various Offerings in BS-Solutions from a Financial and Operational viewpoint.
For OpCos (Operating Companies)
Follow a Performance Review/Management framework/process for all OpCos and oversee the implementation of new processes. Act as the single point of contact for Services related matters, while facilitating OpCo Performance, sharing best practices with OpCos.
