Job description

Purpose:

Support Planning, Analysis, Monitoring, and Reporting of Financial and Operational Performance for Business Solution-Services and Operating Companies (OpCos) across the Asia Pacific Region to achieve high-growth targets.

Responsibilities:

For Regional Office:

  • Implement and manage Planning and Performance frameworks for FBAP regional HQ units to drive growth in line with company directives.
  • Support financial and operational needs of BS-Solutions Offerings.

For OpCos:

  • Oversee the Performance Review framework for OpCos, implement and monitor new processes, and act as a single point of contact for Service-related matters.
  • Share and promote best practices across OpCos to optimize performance.

For Regional Office & OpCos:

  • Design dashboards, reporting templates, and schedules.
  • Monitor and forecast financial performance against budgets/goals using defined KPIs.
  • Analyze results, identify challenges, recommend corrective actions, and alert management of pressing issues.
  • Contribute to operations strategy, support Offering launches, and report outcomes.
  • Follow up on effectiveness of action plans and periodically engage teams on challenges and feedback.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing and consolidate best practices across the region.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Strategy, Planning, or Finance roles.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Management, or Statistics.
  • Strong Excel proficiency, familiarity with Power BI, experience in analytical reporting, organizational effectiveness, and operations management.
  • Strong influencing skills, credibility building, and ability to engage in constructive debates within the organization.
