Job Summary:

We are seeking a resourceful and driven Business Operation Executive to support our customer account management and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and operations, with hands-on experience in merchandising execution, promoter coordination, and resolving on-ground issues. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless execution across retail touchpoints and maintaining high service standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth
  • Coordinate sales orders, stock allocation, and delivery schedules
  • Track and report sales performance, promotions, and retail sell-out data

Operations & Execution

  • Oversee in-store merchandising setup and ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and manage promoter schedules, attendance, and performance reporting
  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to retail execution, stock availability, or staffing
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment

Project & Campaign Support

  • Support the rollout of trade promotions, new product launches, and retail campaigns
  • Assist in store audits, promoter recruitment, and training programs
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, supply chain) to deliver retail excellence

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, or FMCG retail management
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience managing field teams or promoters is a plus
