A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for a Sales Support role. The candidate will coordinate with various teams to manage sales processes, oversee project timelines, and support finance. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with HODs, Delivery teams, Customers (Asia Pacific region), Procurement and Finance team to perform the full process related to Sales.
- Manage project progress in system such as project timeline, contract signoff, order management, PO process billing and AR management.
- Carry out monthly forecast planning and annual business planning with high accuracy.
- Contract management and timely execution of annual maintenance renewal projects.
- Develop and execute processes for routine analytical credit reviews and generate various reports related to Sales and Finance in the company.
- Manage health of credit in terms of payment term, escalations and risks closely and provide regular status updates to Group Leader.
- Facilitate the clarification and resolution of issues accurately and promptly.
- Help and guide related parties involved including branch and subsidiary.
- Estimate yearly and monthly business planning and manage business inventory.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer or Sales support, Business Operation and Finance role, preferably in IT Infrastructure environment.
- Understand full spectrum of Sales Management (which includes management of contracts, monitor and support projects).
- Experiences in Salesforce and SAP (SD, PS, MM and CO module etc.)
- Possess intermediate level of technical, financial and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Advance level).
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Strong motivated team-player.
- Able to work under stress and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Ability to extract and translate data into concise and meaningful information for Senior Management.
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervision.
