A leading company in broadcast and media content seeks a Sales Account Manager to develop sales strategies and nurture customer relations. This role involves establishing connections with key decision-makers in the industry, driving sales growth, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
1. Department/Service/Unit Summary and Position Mission
Eurovision Services (ES) is the premier service provider of news, sports and cultural content for the world's top broadcast and media platforms.
The Eurovision Global Sales & Marketing Department role is to:
· Present, promote and sell Eurovision portfolio of services to existing and prospective customers
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Reach out to customer leads
The Global Sales department mission is to:
· Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Reach out to customer leads
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to proactively meet their needs and future developments/potentials
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments at every step including service implementation, delivery, contract management, billing and credit collection
The Sales Account Manager has overall visibility of sales over its assigned business accounts. The candidate shall develop and implement sales strategies and objectives regarding sales, new business opportunities, and the maintenance of present customer satisfaction, to achieve the organization's short and long-term sales goals.
2. Principal Responsibilities of the Position
Key Tasks
1. Develop and implement an effective action plan for Broadcaster Sports Federation and Sports Agency sales strategy of the organization in Asia.
2. Detect new customers, leads and markets
3. Identify potential decision makers within the client organization and build relationships
4. Negotiate sales with high level management in customers’ organization
5. Participate in pricing the solution/service with support of the presales department
6. Working with the marketing and product development teams to, develop and manage an up-to-date understanding of the Broadcaster, Sports Federation and Sports Agency ecosystem using the information to consider the implications for existing and new customers
7. Undertake first level research to understand the business and project drivers of the industry, customers and potential opportunities
8. Be able to both take the lead on client relationships, but equally introduce to regional teams and ensure a robust client relationships management strategy/delivery
9. Engage with sectors and customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position the organization with differentiated advantage
Key Accountabilities
1. Has demonstrated financial acumen
2. Has demonstrated understanding of Eurovision business model
3. Prepares sales forecasts and budgets, reviews, monitors sales performance periodically, and refines sales strategies as required in discussion within the Head of Sales

3. Works closely with marketing counterparts and creates collaborative environment for enhancing sales growth globally.
4. Provides Project support across the organization
5. May coach other team members on the technical aspects of ’organization's product and services, sales techniques specific to this market segment, procedures and standards that will help them achieve the company’s sales objectives

· 5 Years of experience in the job discipline with idealy technical background

10. Specific Qualifications and Experience
· Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management
